Duties Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems and schematics to identify issues accurately. Repair and overhaul mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to execute repairs efficiently. Diagnose complex problems related to ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), auto body repairs, and auto estimating with precision. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of repairs on all vehicle types including GM vehicles and heavy equipment. Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers about repair needs and maintenance schedules. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair procedures. Expertise in automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and electrical systems troubleshooting. Skilled in diesel engine repair, transmission repair, and automotive suspension system repair. Knowledge of ADAS technology, auto body repair techniques, and auto estimating processes. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools. Experience working in the automotive repair industry with a focus on vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems repair. Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
