Non-CDL Box Truck Driver

•

Route Specialist Compensation:

$20

•$34+ / hour (Base pay + daily bonuses)

Tips Performance:

High-end local routes average an additional $2

•$4 / hour

Schedule:

Consistent 4-day workweek (10-12 hour shifts) Guaranteed 3-day weekend

What You'll Actually Do (The Day-to-Day) You will partner up with another truck team member each morning, review your digital dispatch board, and run your truck as an autonomous mobile business unit:

Logistics & Navigation:

Map out efficient daily routes throughout Clayton, Ladue, Chesterfield, Kirkwood and the rest of STL to maximize truck efficiency.

Active Field Operations:

Safely load, lift, and transport items (furniture, appliances, cleanout materials) from client properties into a clean box truck.

Client Consultations:

Meet face-to-face with property owners, evaluate the job scope, provide accurate on-site pricing estimates, and close the business.

Truck Ownership:

Manage daily vehicle safety checks and maintain elite corporate presentation standards. What You Bring A high-energy, positive mindset that thrives in structured, team-oriented athletic environments. Exceptional communication skills tailored for direct residential and corporate client interaction. A valid driver's license with a completely clean driving record for insurance compliance. The physical stamina required for continuous heavy lifting, athletic movement, and an active lifestyle. Strong maturity, reliability, and a clear desire to climb a structured local business ladder.
