Avis Budget Group is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our team, enhancing our ability to deliver top-tier service across our Avis, Budget, and Zipcar brands. As an experienced technician, you will contribute to providing premium mobility solutions globally, focusing on maintaining and enhancing our vast fleet of vehicles. You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment in a dynamic environment committed to innovation and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs including but not limited to brake servicing, tire rotations, oil changes, and fluid level checks. Diagnose vehicle malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools and recommend appropriate repair actions. Ensure compliance with all automotive specifications and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles. Collaborate with team members to facilitate scheduling and maximize workshop efficiency. Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology and attend relevant workshops and training sessions. Required Skills Proven expertise in automotive repair and diagnostics. Proficient with electronic test equipment, diagnostic software, and hand tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
