You will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and preparing cars for the best and safest customer experiences. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and lubrication work on vehicles according to company standards. Inspect, replace, and rotate tires as necessary, balancing wheels to maintain vehicle handling and safety. Conduct thorough checks and maintenance of brakes, belts, filters, and hoses. Ensure compliance with all environmental laws and regulations related to waste disposal and chemical handling. Maintain tools and equipment for maximum efficiency and safety. Document all maintenance and repair services performed, and communicate ongoing issues that might require further attention. Required Skills Proficiency in vehicle lubrication, fluid changes and tire maintenance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Ability to use automotive repair tools and diagnostic equipment. Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical components and systems. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
