We are currently seeking an energetic, detail-oriented RV Service Advisor to serve as the critical liaison between our customers and our technician team.
What You'll Do:
Greet customers warmly, assess their service/repair needs, and create accurate work orders. Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, providing timely updates and clear explanations of technical repairs. Translate customer descriptions of issues into detailed technical notes for RV Technicians. Work with manufacturers and aftermarket warranty companies to submit, track, and process claims. Review completed work orders with customers, explain charges, and process final invoices/payments. Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers
What We're Looking For:
1-3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Customer Service Representative (RV, automotive, marine, or powersports background preferred). Strong active listening and interpersonal skills with a commitment to high customer satisfaction scores. Solid understanding of basic mechanical/electrical systems or a quick ability to learn RV systems (appliances, plumbing, HVAC, slide-outs). Familiarity with dealership management software (DMS) and warranty administration is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license.
