Clark's Professional Car Care is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. Experience in the automotive industry is valuable, but we're looking for more than someone who can simply write a repair order. We're looking for the right PERSON. Someone who brings energy to the room. Someone customers enjoy talking to. Someone who can communicate confidently, build trust, work as part of a team, and make people feel taken care of from the moment they walk through the door.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the connection between our customers and technicians. You'll build relationships with customers, listen to their concerns, communicate technician findings, present recommended repairs and maintenance, and help customers make confident decisions about their vehicles. Most importantly, you'll help us deliver on our mission:

We don't believe in simply "selling repairs." We believe in educating customers, building value, earning trust, and developing relationships that keep customers coming back for years.
