We are seeking a skilled technician who takes pride in their work, has strong diagnostic abilities, and understands the importance of providing the quality and precision expected from the Mercedes-Benz brand. What You'll Do Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Perform inspections and identify necessary repairs and maintenance Utilize Mercedes-Benz factory diagnostic equipment and service information Complete repairs accurately and efficiently according to Mercedes-Benz standards Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed Communicate effectively with service advisors and other members of the team Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Stay current with Mercedes-Benz technology, training, and repair procedures What We're Looking For Mercedes-Benz certification required Previous Mercedes-Benz dealership experience strongly preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair vehicles High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently while also being a team player Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must successfully complete required background, drug screening, and physical Benefits That Support You and Your Family Benson Automotive Group offers a competitive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and time away from work.
