Duties Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs efficiently to meet customer needs Conduct oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance using hand tools and power tools Assist with wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety Diagnose basic automotive issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge Inspect vehicles for mechanical problems, perform preventive maintenance, and recommend additional services Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering questions confidently Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Demonstrated mechanic experience with hands-on knowledge of automotive systems Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, mechanical tools, and vehicle maintenance procedures Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service tasks Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent attention to detail Experience with oil changes, tire service, wheel alignment, and general automotive service is a plus Good communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in the automotive industry.
