Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct oil changes, tire services, and vehicle maintenance to keep vehicles running smoothly. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools efficiently to complete repairs with precision. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring vehicles are returned in optimal condition. Experience Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in independent shop environments. Demonstrated knowledge of automotive electrical systems, mechanical systems repair, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience with transmission and engine replacement Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and schematics for troubleshooting complex issues. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship and safety standards.
