Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Technician and Mechanic to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive vehicle repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance and safety for our customers. Your expertise will help keep vehicles running smoothly, from routine oil changes to complex mechanical repairs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of automotive systems, including diesel engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and electrical components. Responsibilities Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics using advanced schematics and automotive electrical systems knowledge to identify issues accurately. Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and suspension system repairs. Repair and overhaul mechanical systems including powertrains, brakes, shocks & struts, and auto body components. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy equipment mechanics skills to execute repairs efficiently. Interpret technical schematics and repair manuals to troubleshoot complex automotive problems effectively. Service ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) features and perform calibration procedures as needed. Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings clearly to customers while providing exceptional customer service. Skills Proven experience with a strong background in automotive repair industry standards. Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics tools. Skilled in engine repair, heavy equipment mechanics, and powertrain maintenance. Proficiency in automotive suspension system repair, wheel alignment, tire service, and brake repair. Experience working with American made brands, luxury and foreign is a plus; familiarity with auto estimating is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge of transmissions, oil change procedures, shocks & struts replacement, and auto body repair techniques. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools safely and effectively. Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Pay:
$52,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
