Compensation:

$30.00 - $45.00 / flat-rate hour (based on experience and certifications).

Use advanced automotive diagnostic tools, schematics, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues. Repair or replace engine components, including diesel engines, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. Conduct wheel alignments, vehicle maintenance, and safety inspections to uphold quality standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and precise mechanical repair techniques. Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of vehicle parts or equipment following proper safety protocols. Deliver excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and maintaining professional communication.

Requirements & Experience Experience:

Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience working with GM or similar brands.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of automotive engine technology, electrical systems, ADAS, powertrain components, and maintenance procedures.

Skills:

Hands-on experience repairing diesel engines, executing heavy mechanical repairs, and reading repair manuals/schematics.

Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; ASE certifications or OEM/factory training strongly preferred.

Tools:

Personal technician tools required.

Mindset:
