Automotive Lube Express Technician Great Falls Subaru has an immediate opening for a full-time Automotive Lube Express Technician! We are looking for a hardworking, dependable individual who is willing to learn and grow within the automotive industry. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills with the goal of becoming a Master Certified Subaru Technician . We provide paid training and education , along with opportunities to learn additional automotive skills, including windshield installation and vehicle detailing . Whether you already have experience in these areas or have a desire to learn, we encourage you to apply! Primary Responsibilities Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance Drain and refill engine oil Replace oil and air filters as needed Rotate tires and inspect brake pads Check and adjust tire pressure Complete multi-point vehicle inspections Inspect and refill fluid levels of key vehicle components Perform alignments and tune-ups Assist with windshield installation and replacement Detail and prepare vehicles as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Strong attention to detail A sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently Excellent communication skills Automotive technical knowledge preferred, but not required Experience with windshield installation and/or vehicle detailing is a plus, or a willingness to learn these skills Desire and willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry Hardworking and dependable Team player with a positive attitude Flexibility regarding assigned duties and hours necessary to complete them Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Pay & Advancement Please note that this position has a modified pay plan , with opportunities for pay increases as you complete training and earn additional certifications.
