Job Description
Pierce Leasing, a family-owned business with a century-long legacy in Montana, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Class A CDL Driver/Set-Up Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the safe delivery, placement, and setup of leasing units at customer sites, ensuring each project meets our high standards. Responsibilities Safely deliver and pick up leasing units from customer work sites Contact customers to confirm delivery and pick-up details Collaborate with customers to place units in desired locations Set up units according to contractual agreements and company standards Complete and submit required paperwork and logs promptly Maintain compliance with DOT and CDL regulations Conduct daily inspections of vehicles and equipment Communicate repair and maintenance needs to supervisors Monitor and coordinate inspection, license, and certification renewals Adhere to all drive-time requirements and safety laws Qualifications Valid Class A CDL and insurability At least one year of driving experience Technical aptitude to understand and perform construction-related tasks General construction knowledge Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills for customer interaction Ability to meet DISA requirements for access to refinery locations Benefits Competitive wages Year-round employment Health benefits Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Per diem and lodging provided when traveling Life insurance Company discounts $2,500 sign-on bonus Offered compensation: $28/yr - $32/yr Experience and License Requirements Class A CDL Construction Driving
