PM Compensation:
$65,000-$100,000+ based on experience and performance Build something you'll be proud of. We're looking for an experienced technician who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in clean workmanship, and doesn't need someone looking over their shoulder every day. This is not an engine or transmission repair job. Your primary focus will be installing CM truck beds, wiring electrical systems, transferring cameras and sensors, installing liftgates and accessories, and performing trailer repairs. You'll work directly with customers, sales staff, and the front office to deliver quality work that keeps customers coming back. As our truck upfitting business continues to grow, we're looking for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role and help build one of Montana's best truck upfitting shops. What You'll Be Doing Install CM truck beds and truck equipment. Complete clean, professional 12V electrical wiring and diagnostics. Transfer factory cameras, sensors, lighting, and accessories. Install liftgates, toolboxes, hitches, and other truck equipment. Diagnose and repair trailer electrical, brake, suspension, axle, and hydraulic systems. Perform fabrication and welding as needed. Communicate with customers and assist with estimates and job planning. Work closely with sales and the front office to keep jobs moving. Maintain a clean, organized work area and deliver quality work the first time. We're Looking For Someone Who Has strong mechanical ability and professional experience. Is highly confident with 12V electrical systems and wiring. Can work independently without constant direction. Takes pride in doing clean, high-quality work. Communicates well with customers and coworkers. Wants to help build and improve a growing department. Compensation This position includes:
Competitive base salary based on experience. Productivity bonus. Monthly performance bonus tied to shop performance. Top performers have the opportunity to earn well above their base salary.
