Experienced Automotive Service Technician - Reconditioning Team

Specialty tools are provided within our shop, however, interested technicians should expect to come on day one ready to perform with their own tools.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Receive and perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards; document work performed Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform needed repairs Communicate with various staff regarding parts, additional/removed work, and deadline constraints Save and tag parts that are needed for warranty Attend factory training programs and video and/or internet training in-house as requested Road test vehicles to check work performed and state mileage-out on repair orders Ensure customers' cars are kept clean, using floor mats and seat protection Maintain a neat and orderly workstation, pick up rags and other debris Be a part of a fast paced, motivated team

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work required Two years of experience in a dealership position preferred Obtain and maintain ASE Certification within 4 years or per management's discretion.
