Job Description

Tire and Lube Technician A well-established automotive service business in the Flathead Valley is seeking a dependable team member to join its busy shop. The company provides a range of tire and vehicle maintenance services and takes pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and keeping vehicles safe and road ready. This is a hands-on environment where employees work as part of a team and play an important role in supporting daily shop operations. The Tire and Lube Tech is responsible for supporting daily tire and automotive service operations, including mounting, balancing, repairing, siping, and studding tires, as well as performing basic lube, oil, and filter services and vehicle inspections. The role also involves handling tire and wheel shipments, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized shop. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and willing to learn, with previous experience preferred but not required.

Starting Pay:
$20 to $22/hour, depending on experience

Essential Functions and Duties:
Mount, dismount, balance, sipe, and stud tires Inspect, repair, and maintain tires to ensure safe operation Perform lube, oil, filter, and basic vehicle maintenance services Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance needs Load, unload, organize, and stock tire and wheel shipments Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop area while assisting with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Experience is preferred but willing to train the right team member High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Able to work in a physically demanding environment Get in touch!
