YOUR SCHEDULE

5-day workweek Typical technician schedules are: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 40 HOURS

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want technicians who can actually turn wrenches and produce. Depending on experience and skill level, work may include: Oil changes and preventive maintenance Brakes Steering and suspension Tires Alignments Tune-ups Cooling systems Fluid services and flushes A/C service and repair Check-engine-light diagnosis Electrical diagnosis Engine repair Maintenance services Digital vehicle inspections General automotive repair

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

You MUST have: Automotive repair experience Automotive mechanical knowledge Your own professional automotive tools appropriate for your skill level Valid driver's license Ability to safely operate customer vehicles Ability to properly inspect vehicles Ability to perform repairs correctly and efficiently Ability to document your findings Ability to communicate with the service team Ability to learn and follow new processes Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

WE DON'T WANT PARTS CHANGERS.

We want technicians who understand what they're looking at. If you identify a problem, you should be able to properly document what failed, why it needs attention, and what is required to repair it. A quality inspection isn't: "Needs brakes." We expect professional findings that give the service advisor the information necessary to properly explain and sell the repair.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Technicians must be able to safely perform the physical duties associated with automotive repair, including standing for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, working above and below vehicles, safely lifting up to 50 lbs., using automotive tools and equipment, and safely operating customer vehicles.
