Contract Roadside Assistance Technician Run Roadside is expanding its independent provider network in the Charlotte area and is looking for dependable Roadside Assistance Technicians to handle local service assignments. This is a flexible field opportunity for people who want to work independently, use their own vehicle, and choose when they're available for service calls. You don't need a tow truck. Many assignments involve straightforward roadside services such as jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lockouts. What You'll Do Respond to roadside assistance assignments in your service area Perform basic roadside services Help customers get safely back on the road Use your smartphone for navigation and job information Communicate with customers professionally Complete service calls and document completed work What You Need Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle Current auto insurance Smartphone with reliable data service Dependable transportation Ability to work independently Professional customer-service skills New to Roadside? That's okay. Training resources are available , and equipment/tool options may be available for qualifying providers. You don't need years of roadside experience to get started with basic services.
