We service all types of RVs and campers, maintain a full 40-hour schedule through slower periods, and reward productive, high-quality work. This role is for an experienced technician who can handle common RV repairs independently and wants to build stronger diagnostic skills. What You Will Do Diagnose and repair 12V DC and 120V AC electrical systems. Service RV appliances, plumbing, roofs, seals, cabinetry, slideouts, and leveling systems. Install accessories, solar equipment, lithium batteries, and inverters. Complete customer repairs and inventory reconditioning on towables and motorhomes. Document findings, tests, repairs, parts needs, and work progress clearly. What We Are Looking For At least three years of professional RV repair experience or comparable experience in a related trade. Ability to complete common RV maintenance and repairs independently. Working knowledge of 12V DC and 120V AC systems and safe multimeter use. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and organized work habits. Clear communication, teamwork, willingness to learn, and a valid driver's license. Safe work habits, especially around propane and 120V electrical systems. Preferred Experience RVIA or RVTI certification. RV appliance, slideout, leveling, roof, plumbing, or carpentry repair. Solar, lithium, inverter, generator, or Class A motorhome service. What We Offer $23-$29 per hour base, based on demonstrated skills and experience. Performance incentives based on billed hours and quality work. Location and Work Requirements This is an on-site position at our Creedmoor facility, approximately 25 minutes from north Raleigh and Durham.
