Job Description
Service Advisor
- $65K
- 90K+ Potential | Base + Commission | Busy Shop Earn $65K
- 90K+ annually (base guarantee plus commission).
What You'll Do:
Greet customers with professionalism, a smile, and a positive first impression. Listen attentively, empathize with customer concerns, and guide them to the right choices for their vehicle. Write accurate repair orders and explain recommendations in plain language. Follow up with new and existing customers, including fleet accounts, to build strong relationships. Use vendor resources to source the correct parts quickly and cost-effectively. Help maintain shop profitability by quoting accurately and managing costs. Support a positive shop culture by setting the pace and mood for the team. Work closely with technicians and management to keep workflow smooth and efficient. What We're Looking For 5+ years of automotive service advisor experience A people person with a friendly, approachable personality and strong communication skills who enjoys helping others. Organized, trustworthy, and proactive — someone who follows through and doesn't procrastinate. A team contributor who can motivate others, set the pace, and resolve problems quickly. Automotive knowledge and interest in preventive maintenance. Skilled at creating a positive first impression through courtesy, communication, and professionalism. Strong automotive knowledge and a belief in preventive maintenance. Genuine care for customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.What We Offer:
