Job Description
Complete Auto Care is a family-owned automotive repair shop serving Elizabeth City and the surrounding communities. We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, likes staying organized, and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. We'll train the right person, and there's an opportunity to grow into a Service Advisor role. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments Greet customers and provide a welcoming first impression Create repair orders and coordinate the daily schedule for our four technicians Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles Order and return parts Enter customer and vehicle information into our shop management software Help keep the front office running smoothly What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and dependable Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team Willing to learn and grow Experience Preferred Automotive dealership, independent repair shop, or auto parts experience is a plus Customer service or front office experience is preferred Don't have automotive experience? That's okay! If you have great customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn, we'd still love to hear from you. We'll train the right person.
