Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician, where your expertise will drive excellence in vehicle repair and maintenance. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicle systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our valued customers. Your mechanical knowledge and technical proficiency will be essential in delivering top-tier automotive service, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and interpreting complex schematics. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and suspension system repairs. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices to execute repairs with precision. Diagnose and repair diesel engines and GM vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and recommending necessary services to enhance vehicle longevity. Requirements Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and automotive electrical systems. Experience working with ADAS technology and vehicle systems integration. Mechanical knowledge of powertrains, transmissions, vehicle suspension systems, and diesel engines. Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and auto estimating software. Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately for electrical troubleshooting. Strong mechanical skills with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively. $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
