$200-$225 per day + performance bonuses

Full-Time Eternidade, Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to help keep our delivery fleet safe, reliable, and on the road. This is not just an oil-change position. We need someone comfortable working on commercial delivery vehicles, including step vans and light- to medium-duty trucks , with experience diagnosing and repairing both gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles. What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance and routine fleet services Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues Work on step vans and other commercial delivery vehicles Diagnose and perform repairs on diesel and gasoline engines Inspect and repair brakes, steering, suspension, cooling systems, and related components Troubleshoot vehicle electrical and starting/charging systems Identify and complete repairs necessary to maintain safe, DOT-compliant vehicles Perform pre- and post-repair inspections Respond to vehicle breakdowns and help minimize fleet downtime Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records Communicate vehicle status and repair needs with fleet leadership Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Properly use and care for tools and shop equipment Provide occasional after-hours/on-call assistance when operationally necessary What We're Looking For Commercial fleet experience is strongly preferred. The right person will be dependable, safety-minded, able to diagnose problems rather than simply replace parts, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fleet environment.

Qualifications include:

previous automotive, diesel, or commercial fleet mechanic experience; familiarity with step vans or similar commercial vehicles; diesel experience; knowledge of brakes, suspension, steering, electrical systems, and general repair; valid driver's license; ability to lift 50-75 lbs.; and the ability to pass required background and drug screening. ASE or diesel certifications are a plus but not required for an experienced candidate.
