Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where your hands-on skills and mechanical expertise will keep vehicles running smoothly and safely. In this energetic role, you will perform essential maintenance services, including tire replacement, oil changes, fluid replacements. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your automotive knowledge while contributing to a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform tire services such as mounting, balancing, rotation with precision and efficiency Conduct oil changes and replace automotive fluids following manufacturer specifications Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks including filter replacements and fluid top-offs Support vehicle alignment procedures to ensure optimal handling and safety Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks Assist in lifting of vehicle parts or tires to ensure proper handling and safety standards Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and basic vehicle systems required Experience with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, tire service Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration Need to have your own tools Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care!
