Requirements Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to quality workmanship Professional attitude and work ethic Why Join Our Team? Qualifications:
Associate degree in Automotive Technology, technical certification, equivalent training, or a combination of education and experience preferred. Two or more years of automotive repair and diagnostic experience preferred. Previous experience as a B-Level Technician or equivalent skill level preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems. Ability to interpret repair manuals, technical service bulletins, schematics, and manufacturer service information. Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex automotive repair issues. Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to mentor and provide guidance to less experienced technicians. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a professional environment. Basic mathematical skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and repair procedures. Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions. Ability to safely lift, bend, stand, crouch, and perform physical work throughout the workday. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Frequently works in a service shop environment with exposure to mechanical equipment, moving vehicles, chemicals, and automotive fluids. Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and reaching for extended periods. Must be able to safely operate shop equipment and use required personal protective equipment. Must adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
