Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with service inquiries. Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow. Provide customers with detailed explanations of service recommendations. Prepare estimates and ensure accurate billing for services rendered. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized service area. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related field Strong communication and customer service skills Bilingual Spanish / English required Proficient in using computer systems and software for service management ASE certification or equivalent automotive training preferred Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology preferred High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Please upload your resume.
