Job Description

Hilbish Ford is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Service Shuttle Driver to join our exceptional team. As the face of our dealership during customer transportation, this role is vital in creating a positive experience for the loyal customers who trust us with their automotive needs. The Shuttle Driver will provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation to and from our dealership while delivering friendly, professional service at every interaction. The ideal candidate is a skilled driver with a courteous demeanor, a strong commitment to customer care, and a desire to contribute to a team dedicated to excellence.
Shuttle Driver Compensation and Benefits:

Shuttle Driver Responsibilities:
Safely transport customers to and from designated locations, such as airports, hotels, or service centers. Provide a friendly and professional experience for passengers Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures Adhere to established schedules and pick-up/drop-off times Monitor fuel levels and ensure the shuttle vehicle is fueled as needed Track fuel expenses and report to the appropriate personnel Other duties assigned
Shuttle Driver Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Commercial Driver's License (CDL) may be required depending on the size of the shuttle Previous experience as a shuttle driver or in a similar role is preferred Punctuality and the ability to adhere to schedules Efficient time management to ensure timely transportation Strong navigational skills and the ability to read maps or use GPS systems Professional demeanor and appearance Must pass pre-employment background screenings Why Capital?
