Backed by over 30 years of engineering expertise, we are an industry leader in vibration testing, machine diagnosis, and data acquisition for manufacturers of electronic and mechanical products. Location 1548 Roger Dale Carter Blvd, Kannapolis, NC 28081 (30 min from Charlotte, North Carolina) Website https://www.crystalinstruments.com/ Responsibilities

  • Conference and tradeshow support: assist with booth setup and teardown
  • Technical support: respond to customer questions via phone, email and in-person
  • Sales collaboration: work closely with Sales to conduct pre-sales demos and post-sales support
  • Product demo: conduct online or in-person product demonstrations for potential customers
  • Training: conduct online or in-person training sessions to new customers
  • Technical documentation: update our user manuals, application notes, and training materials Qualifications
  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
  • Travel and customer interaction (up to 30% travel expected)
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills in a customer-focused environment
