Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on vehicles, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with cars, a strong understanding of automotive systems, and excellent customer service skills. Duties

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks to keep vehicles in good condition
• Diagnose and repair any issues that arise during the maintenance process
• Use power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about automotive service
• Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask to meet customer demands
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to dealership standards
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service
• Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify and address any issues with vehicles
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive service and repair techniques
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex repairs and maintenance tasks Personal tools and/or toolbox recommended Requirements
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in an automotive dealership or related field
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with sales and customer service principles
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
• Certification in automotive repair or maintenance is preferred
