Experienced Service Advisor We are a local Used Car Dealership looking for a service adviser. Are you excited about building relationships with your customers? Responsibilities Greet and assist customer with repair and maintenance needs. Price repair estimates, place parts orders. Maintain contact with customers throughout the repair process Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person in order to assure the best customer experience. Build relationships with customers and vendors through trust and respect. Qualifications Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and communication skills. Proficient with DMS systems Valid Driver's license Prior Dealership or Independent shop experience is required.
