If you diagnose accurately, flag hours consistently, and expect your pay to reflect your skill — this shop is built for you. Who This Role Is For You are the tech others go to when it's not obvious You can diagnose electrical, drivability, CAN, and intermittent issues You value process, inspections, and clean workflow You want advisors who can sell your work — not question it You expect to be paid based on production and accuracy , not tenure. What You'll Do Handle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs Perform complete inspections on every vehicle Identify safety, maintenance, and future needs clearly Build clean, complete repair orders (labor + parts) Ready to Work at the Top Level? Pay:
$65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
