$100,000+ annually with quarterly bonuses Introduction We are seeking an experienced A or Master Level Automotive Technician for an independent European specialty repair facility in West End, North Carolina. European vehicle experience is preferred but not required for a technician with strong overall diagnostic and repair capabilities. This opportunity offers $40.00-$45.00 per hour, $100,000+ annual earning potential with quarterly bonuses, early Fridays, no weekends, and a modern, climate-controlled facility with OEM-level diagnostic technology. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair European vehicles, including Porsche, BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and Volvo. Perform advanced drivability, electrical, and network diagnostics. Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and accurately document repair recommendations. Use OEM-level scan tools and factory service information to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems. Perform high-quality automotive maintenance and repair services while meeting shop standards. Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to support efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive technician experience . European vehicle diagnostic and repair experience preferred. Strong overall automotive diagnostic and repair experience. Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience using OEM-level scan tools and factory service information. Professional automotive repair shop experience. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
