Responsibilities include:

Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services Rotate, balance, repair, and replace tires Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance needs Replace filters, batteries, wiper blades, and other basic components Check and maintain fluid levels Perform multipoint vehicle inspections Test drive vehicles as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards Assist senior technicians while developing your skills What We're Looking For Automotive experience is preferred but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Interest in building a long-term career in automotive service Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High School Diploma or GED Vocational or technical training is a plus ASE certifications are a plus State Inspector License is a plus Ford experience is helpful but not required Grow With Us This position is more than an entry-level job.
