Job Description
Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forest is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Automotive Porter/Valet to join our team! This role plays an important part in creating a great first impression by keeping our dealership lot clean, organized, and welcoming while providing exceptional valet service to our guests. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and helping create an outstanding customer experience, we want to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing Park, stage, and arrange vehicles according to dealership standards Perform routine lot and vehicle cleanliness checks and report any issues or damages Greet customers warmly and provide valet services, including parking and retrieving vehicles Assist customers with directions, questions, and general requests to ensure a positive experience Help track vehicle inventory and maintain accurate vehicle locations on the lot Support the service team with additional tasks and projects as needed What We're Looking For Previous porter, valet, or customer service experience is preferred but not required Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain active throughout the day Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate vehicles of various makes and models Must successfully pass a pre-employment background screening What We Offer Competitive Pay Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Why Capital?
