This is an ideal position for someone with experience in janitorial services, custodial work, facilities maintenance, handyman services, or general property maintenance who enjoys working independently and takes pride in keeping a property clean and operating well. Primary Responsibilities Keep the property clean, safe, and inviting for customers. Clean wash bays, vacuum cleaners, vacuum areas, parking lot, vending equipment, and common areas. Empty trash receptacles and replenish supplies as needed. Perform routine inspections of equipment and identify maintenance needs. Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance on car wash equipment and facilities. Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues when possible. Report major equipment problems requiring outside service. Perform seasonal property upkeep. Ensure the property is free of safety hazards. Deliver friendly customer service when assisting customers on-site. Open and/or close the property as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience in janitorial, custodial, facilities maintenance, handyman, building maintenance, automotive, or mechanical work. Comfortable using basic hand and power tools. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Basic mechanical aptitude is strongly preferred .
