Join Vantastic Mobility Sales LLC as an Automotive Electrical Diagnostic Technician in Wingate, NC, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the performance and safety of our mobility vehicles. Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in mobility vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools. Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, including wiring, batteries, and control modules. Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs. Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and parts used. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues and solutions to clients. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on electrical systems. ASE certification in Electrical/Electronic Systems preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Familiarity with mobility vehicles and adaptive equipment is a plus. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
