Job Overview At Earl's Repair, we are looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated, customer orientated individual to join our team. Duties would include general mechanical repairs, alignment and drivability diagnosis on all makes and models; diesels are a plus as well. Job Responsibilities Perform courtesy vehicle checks. Perform Paid Inspections Perform repairs & routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and other specialized equipment. Perform tire services, including rotations, mount & balancing, and tire repairs Own & utilize both hand tools and power tools to perform services efficiently. Interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems & components. Assist with estimating parts & labor when required. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols Keep updated/receive training on automotive tech and industry standard practices. Any incidental duties as required Job Qualifications & Skills Must have basic computer skills as well as Tablet usage know how. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Trade school graduate preferred, will accept 5 years employment in field Must be able to read and understand written directions Must be able to type & speak in fluent English.
