Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems and schematics to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Conduct repairs on mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Execute routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools skillfully for repairs and installations while adhering to safety protocols. Repair and replace auto body parts and perform auto estimating for repair costs when necessary. Work with advanced systems like ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and auto electrical components to ensure modern vehicle functionality. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with dealership experience preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge across various automotive systems including diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately. Proficiency with diagnostic tools for automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting. Experience working with heavy equipment mechanics or diesel mechanics is a plus. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive service tools. Knowledge of automotive safety standards and maintenance procedures is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
