As a Trailer Assembly Technician, you'll be a vital part of our mission to provide the best selection of open and enclosed trailers, quality parts, and unmatched service. What We're Looking For As a Trailer Assembly Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in preparing our new inventory for the lot — setting up trailers, installing factory options, and making sure every unit leaves our shop ready to perform. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in quality work, pays attention to the details, and isn't afraid to put in the physical effort it takes to get the job done right. Strong mechanical aptitude A focus on efficiency, quality work, and attention to detail A team player who's willing to go the extra mile What You'll Be Doing Trailer Assembly & Quality Assemble new trailers and install factory-selected options, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials Verify specifications, interpret measurements, and assemble trailer components as instructed by the manufacturer Ensure all parts are fitted and secured properly for quality assurance Troubleshoot assembly issues and perform repairs as needed Document work by completing production and quality forms Shop, Lot & Team Support Operate forklifts, heavy machinery, and power tools for assembly functions Load and unload trailers from trucks Keep the lot organized and take photos of completed trailers Contribute to team effort and assist with company needs as they arise What You'll Bring to the Team Service-Oriented — A mindset focused on doing the job right for the customer and the team.
