Oil & Gas We're hiring Pump Mechanics of all experience levels to join our growing team. If you have experience maintaining and repairing water transfer pumps and related equipment—or you're looking to build your career with a company that values safety and development—we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on water transfer pumps and related equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and equipment issues to minimize downtime. Repair or replace components such as seals, bearings, packing, valves, motors, and compressors. Conduct preventative maintenance and operational inspections. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair documentation. Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts inventory. Work closely with operations and field personnel to complete repairs safely and efficiently. Mentor and assist junior mechanics when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Technical or vocational training in mechanics is a plus. Previous experience as a pump mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, diesel mechanic, or related mechanical role in the oil & gas industry preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hydraulic systems. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
