Most people pick one lane. You'll learn both, which makes you twice as valuable and gives you a real shot at building a career in an industry that isn't going anywhere. What You'll Actually Do Greet customers and walk them through the entire service experience, start to finish Learn to look up parts, quote pricing, and bill out repair orders Help keep the parts department tight — inventory counts, bin checks, receiving Handle pickups and deliveries Jump in wherever the team needs you (there's always something) Pay & Benefits $17.00 per hour to start , with room to grow as you learn Access to our full benefits package — medical, dental, vision, and more Paid training from people who've done the job The Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday, plus a rotating Saturday — you'll work every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to noon. The Saturdays you're off, you're actually off. What We Need From You High energy and a positive attitude — this is a people business Genuine customer service skills (you like helping people, not just tolerating them) Basic computer skills — if you can navigate a smartphone and type, we can teach the rest A real work ethic.
