This position offers a fast-paced environment where your expertise makes an immediate impact on vehicle safety and performance. Responsibilities Perform routine oil changes. Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and light mechanical repairs. Use hand tools and power tools to complete service procedures efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Identify potential issues through automotive diagnostics and communicate findings clearly to customers or supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency during busy service hours. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate. Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance procedures, and basic mechanical repairs. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward sales and maintenance recommendations.
