The Hayes County Cooperative is looking for a Tire and Lube Technician to join their team in Hayes Center, Nebraska! The ideal candidate would be a strong communicator, detail orientated, reliable and have the ability to multitask.

Tire and Lube Technician Compensation & Benefits:

$21-25 per hour Health Insurance Stipend 401k Paid time

Off Relocation Stipend Tire and Lube Technician Job Duties:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, including local farmers and agricultural businesses. Perform tire repair and replacement services both in the shop and in the field for passenger vehicles, trucks, tractors, irrigation pivots, and other agricultural equipment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly, 100 lbs occasionally. Safely mount, balance and rotate tires. Perform routine vehicle and equipment maintenance, including oil changes, filter changes and other basic services. Conduct preliminary visual inspections of brakes, belts, undercarriages, and other components to identify obvious wear or potential issues. Educate and assist customers with selecting and purchasing merchandise, including oil, tires, and other products. Maintain accurate records related to deliveries, service appointments, inventory, and customer orders. Assist with day-to-day operations and perform additional duties as needed to support the business.

Friday:
