Weekly Introduction We are seeking experienced A or B Level Automotive Technicians to join a busy, well-established automotive repair facility in Columbus, NE. Shop has been in business for over 23 years. This is a full-time Monday through Friday opportunity with weekly pay, a modern air-conditioned shop, ongoing training, and relocation assistance available. Key Responsibilities A-Level Technician Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns. Perform advanced diagnostics and complete repairs from diagnosis through completion. Perform general automotive repair and maintenance. Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric. Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship. Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work with the team to provide an outstanding customer experience. B-Level Technician Perform general automotive repair and maintenance. Complete basic vehicle diagnostics. Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI). Maintain quality workmanship while achieving strong productivity. Keep a clean and organized work area. Work effectively as part of a team. Qualifications A-Level Technician 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience. Advanced diagnostic skills. Proven production history. Ability to complete repairs independently from diagnosis through completion. Comfortable performing Digital Vehicle Inspections. Professional, organized, and team-oriented. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude. B-Level Technician 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience. Some diagnostic experience. Strong production history. Ability to consistently produce a high number of flagged hours. Professional, organized, and team-oriented. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications ASE Certifications are a plus. Diesel experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits A-Level Technician:
$40
•55 per flat-rate hour (based on experience)
B-Level Technician:
$35
