We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive service. As a Tire and Lube Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tire and lube services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the safety and performance of vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Being clean and taking care of equipment is a must. Responsibilities Perform tire installations, rotations, alignments, and repairs with precision. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage. Provide automotive diagnostics related to tire performance and alignment issues. Oil changes and other basic automotive repair tasks as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with your advisor regarding their customer vehicle needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in tire and lube technology. Experience Previous experience in tire and lube service or automotive repair is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair processes is a plus. Experience working in a dealership or similar automotive environment is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
