Our goal is to bring aboard an individual with a strong desire to help keep our fleet ready and in operation on a daily basis. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles and heavy equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Complete repairs, such as brake replacements, oil changes, and engine tune-ups. Utilize welding techniques for repairs and modifications. Perform heavy lifting as required for equipment and parts. Skills Strong knowledge of diesel and heavy equipment repair and maintenance procedures. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Experience with tire services, including rotations, replacements, and repairs. Excellent communication skills with other departments. Ability to perform soldering and welding for repairs and modifications. Capable of heavy lifting as required for equipment and parts. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
