Service Advisor - Promex Auto (Newport, NH) $60,000-$75,000/year Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm No Weekends Promex Auto has been serving the Newport community since the early 90s, and today it's run with a simple mindset: take care of people, do honest work, and build a shop where the team enjoys coming in every day. Someone who can guide customers through decisions with confidence. What You'll Earn $60,000-$75,000/year expected total income (base + performance bonuses) This role is built for someone who likes seeing the results of their effort. If you enjoy presenting work and helping customers say yes to what their vehicle actually needs, you'll do well here. What the Role Looks Like Greet customers and guide them through the repair process Build estimates and present recommended work clearly Communicate with technicians to ensure accuracy Keep customers updated throughout the process Help drive sales while maintaining trust You won't be doing this alone. The shop runs as a team, with constant communication between the advisor, manager, and technicians to keep everything moving smoothly. What We're Looking For Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred Someone who enjoys sales and isn't afraid to present work Strong communication and people skills Organized, reliable, and team-oriented At the core of this shop is honesty.
