Job Description
Matt's Auto Care is a fast-paced, high-volume auto repair shop located in Wall, NJ. We're seeking a skilled Auto Mechanic with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. This is an in-person role for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of automotive services including: Oil changes and routine maintenance Brake repairs Steering and suspension work Engine replacements Transmission diagnostics and repairs Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Communicate repair needs clearly with customers and team Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure all repairs meet safety and performance standards Qualifications Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-turnover environment Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Compensation Salary varies based on skill level and availability Competitive pay structure
