Clinton, NJ 08809 Position Overview As an Automotive Lube Technician at Madison Honda, you will perform lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspections and services to maintain customer vehicles. You will contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while upholding the dealership's high ethical standards. Primary Duties Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multi-point inspections to ensure proper vehicle maintenance. Assess and recommend any additional vehicle service needs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA and EPA standards. Ensure cleanliness of vehicles during service and repair. Communicate clearly and promptly with management and customers to achieve satisfaction. Support team members through teaching and collaboration. Perform additional job duties as requested by management. Work Standards and Conduct Demonstrate professionalism and maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work area. Exhibit outstanding attendance, a positive attitude, and integrity in all tasks. Follow all company policies and ethical guidelines. Work Hours This is a full-time position with standard dealership service hours. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process.Job Requirements:
Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required. Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice preferred. Valid driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) compliant with company policy. Local state inspection license is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a shop environment, exposed to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives. Capable of lifting at least 100 pounds. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must have close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Safe operation of equipment and vehicles is mandatory.Core Competencies Leadership:
