This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician to grow and excel. Our shop is a full-service repair facility servicing tractors, trailers, and some off-highway equipment. We are a family-owned and operated company. We value people and realize our employees are our most valuable assets. Responsibilities:
Bring your own tools Diagnostic/troubleshooting electrical systems, brake systems, motors, transmissions and hydraulic systems ( jobs will be based on your skill level) Diagnose with scanners and diagnostic programs (based on your skill level) Light/Medium/Heavy duty repair Maintain accurate and current daily work records Perform preventative maintenance Road service if you're interested is available Fabrication Trailer maintenance & repairs Maintain a clean work area and shop
Qualifications:
5 years of Diesel Truck repair experience a must, 10 years preferred Trouble-shooting and diagnostic experience(a plus) Must be punctual, personal and pay attention to details Must have your own tools Knowledge of truck chassis, engine electrical systems, and electronic controls. Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems on heavy-duty vehicles. Ability to work independently Valid NJ drivers license CDL a plus but not required
